Hi, I’m Sue Pember, a Coach, Mentor, and Advisor who is deeply committed to supporting Small Business Owners and Business Leaders.
I have a keen focus on nurturing thriving enterprises and guiding individuals to prioritise personal well-being, I offer tailored programs to support my clients in their entrepreneurial endeavors or career transitions.
Drawing upon my extensive network and knowledge I thrive on providing valuable business insights, energy, and introductions to support you in your business and life goals. My firsthand experience in founding multiple award-winning businesses lends credibility to my expertise in navigating the challenges of working in business.
I am very proud of my achievements to date for my successful relocation company AussieOs founded in 2010, including being named WA Today Female Entrepreneur of the Year (2013), Business News 40 under 40 and Peoples Choice award winner (2013), EY Entrepreneur of the Year - State Nominee (2013) and as a State finalist in two categories of the Telstra Business of the Year awards (2024), these awards underscore my commitment to excellence and innovation in the business landscape.
Furthermore, my personal journey with ADHD fuels my passion for supporting others who face similar challenges, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
In addition to my business-focused endeavors, I also provide guidance and mentoring to navigate the often overwhelming Western Australian property market offering support and insights to facilitate informed decision-making in this complex and often confusing process.
On a personal note I am married to Fish Scientist Dr Matt Pember my partner of over 30 years, we have two children Charlotte 17 and Leo 13 and live in Bicton Western Australia with our Golden Retriever Elsa and Pug Teddy and two cats Mango and Coco.
In my free time I enjoy catching up with friends and family, travelling, hiking, hosting events and giving back to the community.
